What Data We Collect

We collect: name, email address, organization, role, and order activity. We do not collect payment information - all payment processing occurs outside the platform.

Why We Process Data

Personal data is processed to: operate the marketplace, facilitate orders between buyers and sellers, provide customer support, and improve the platform. Legal basis: legitimate interest and contractual necessity.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of the account plus 24 months. Order data is retained for 7 years per Swedish accounting regulations.

Your Rights
